Nettle Leaf Tea

Description

Nettle leaf is high in very important minerals, such as iron, magnesium, and vitamin C. A highly versatile vegetable, it can be used in dozens of ways. Tea is a great place to start!

Ingredients

1-2 tsp Nettle Leaf, Dried
1 c Water, Hot

Instructions

  1.  Place the dried nettle leaf in a tea infuser or teapot.
  2.  Pour boiling water over the leaves.
  3.  Steep for 10-15 minutes.
  4.  Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
  5.  Drink 1-2 cups daily.
