Ingredients
Amount | Measurement | Ingredient |
3 | tbsp | Organic, raw cocoa powder |
2 | tsp | Ground fenugreek powder (optional) |
1/2 | tbsp | Diced ginger root |
2 | tbsp | Astragalus root |
3 | c | High-quality slightly alkaline water |
2 | c | Milk or cream of choice |
1/2 | tsp | Vanilla extract |
Raw honey to taste | ||
Homemade marshmallows |
Instructions
- Boil the first six ingredients for 12-15 minutes.
- Strain out the herbs.
- Add milk and sweetener. Return to a low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Top with marshmallows and enjoy!
